How to make SuperGreen Juice

  • Begin by assembling and thoroughly washing all the ingredients.
  • Cut all the ingredients into pieces small enough to fit through the juicer's feeding chute.
  • Start the juicing process by feeding the celery, cucumber, apple, broccoli, spinach, kale, and ginger through your juicer.
  • Now, whisk in the spirulina powder. Spirulina is a superfood rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals, which enhances the nutritional value of your SuperGreen Juice.
  • Pour the freshly made juice into glass bottles for storage. It's best to consume it within 24 hours to maximize freshness and health benefits. Remember to store it in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 200 g Celery
  • 200 g Cucumber
  • 200 g Apple - green
  • 60 g Broccoli
  • 60 g Kale
  • 20 g Spinach
  • 10 g Ginger root
  • ยฝ g Spirulina optional
  • ยผ each Lime

Equipment

  • 1 Weighing scales
  • 1 Slow Juicer
  • 1 Chopping board
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Peeler
  • 1 Glass bottles 500ml

Method
 

  1. Assemble and wash all ingredients well.
  2. Cut all ingredients into pieces small enough to fit through the juicer.
  3. Put the ingredients through the juicer.
    200 g Apple - green, 200 g Celery, 10 g Ginger root, ยผ each Lime
  4. Strain the juice and whisk in the spirulina powder.
  5. Pour into glass bottles - chill and consume within 24hrs.
