- 1 Chopping board
- 1 Knife
- 1 Peeler
- 1 Glass bottles 500ml
Ingredients
- 200 g Celery
- 200 g Cucumber
- 200 g Apple - green
- 60 g Broccoli
- 60 g Kale
- 20 g Spinach
- 10 g Ginger root
- ยฝ g Spirulina optional
- ยผ each Lime
Instructions
- Assemble and wash all ingredients well.
- Cut all ingredients into pieces small enough to fit through the juicer.
- Put the ingredients through the juicer.200 g Apple - green, 200 g Celery, 10 g Ginger root, ยผ each Lime
- Strain the juice and whisk in the spirulina powder.
- Pour into glass bottles - chill and consume within 24hrs.
