Storage

Cold-pressed juices are best enjoyed fresh for maximum nutritional value. If you have extra, follow these storage guidelines:

  • Refrigeration: Store the juice in airtight glass bottles or jars in the refrigerator. Consume it within 2-3 days for optimal taste and nutrient retention.
  • Freezing: To extend the juice's shelf life, freeze it in ice cube trays. Once frozen, transfer the cubes to a freezer-safe container and use them within 2-3 months. You can pop these juice ice cubes into smoothies or infuse them in your water!

Do you think you could add a packet of Easy Kefir and ferment this juice for 18-24 hours?
