I'm delighted to share this new recipe with you. I served this juice on retreat at The Sanctuary in Marbella recently and everyone loved it! I think the fresh Spanish tomatoes and berries played their part! The balance of this juice is just incredible. I'm sure you will enjoy it.

Beetroot Pomegranate Juice
Equipment
- 1 Weighing scales
- 1 Chopping board
- 1 Knife
- 1 Peeler
- Glass bottles
Ingredients
- 600 g Apple
- 300 g Beetroot
- 250 g Tomato
- 250 g Strawberry
- 150 g Pomegranate
- 125 g Blueberries
- 2 each Lime peeled
Instructions
- Assemble and wash all ingredients.
- Peel the green pith from the lime.
- De-seed the pomegranate.
- Cut the apple and tomato into pieces small enough to fit through the juicer.
- Peel the beetroots and cut them into small dice
- Put the ingredients through the juicer.
- Strain the juice and pour into glass bottles - chill and consume within 24hrs
