This pomegranate vanilla spritz is light, aromatic, and naturally refreshing - the kind of drink that feels fancy without any fuss. Real vanilla paste softens the tart pomegranate, lime brightens everything up, and fresh mint gives it that little herbal lift. It's a quick wellness spritz you can mix anytime!

A Little Story

This spritz came from one of those "let's make something simple but special" moments. We wanted a non-alcoholic drink that tasted elegant, used real ingredients, and didn't need a cocktail shaker or a bar cart. A splash of LittlePod vanilla, a squeeze of lime, and suddenly the kitchen turned into a mini apéro hour!

Pomegranate Vanilla Spritz

Pomegranate Vanilla Spritz - Simple Swaps

Use real pomegranate juice, not syrup. Freshly squeezed is ideal, but a good-quality bottled juice works perfectly. Vanilla paste delivers the best flavour and aroma. If your pomegranate juice is very tart, adjust with a little extra sweetener rather than diluting the drink. This spritz is forgiving - trust your palate.

Pomegranate Vanilla Spritz Variations

Ginger Twist: Add 20 ml of ginger juice or a slice of fresh ginger.
Herbal Swap: Use rosemary, basil, or lemon thyme instead of .mint
Sparkling Tea Version: Replace sparkling water with hibiscus or jasmine iced tea.
Citrus Boost: Add a splash of orange juice for an extra burst of brightness.

Make Ahead

You can mix the pomegranate juice, lime juice, vanilla paste, and sweetener in advance and keep it chilled for up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, top with sparkling water and add fresh herbs. It's low effort, high reward - exactly how entertaining should feel.
