Assemble Ingredients & Prepare
Take seeds out of the pomegranate.
40 g Pomegranate seeds
Mix the lime juice, honey, and vanilla paste in a mixing bowl.
20 ml Lime juice,
20 ml Honey,
10 ml REAL Vanilla Paste
Add the pomegranate juice and mint - stir well to dissolve the vanilla evenly.
80 ml Pomegranate juice,
1 sprig Mint
Infuse in fridge for 2 hours.
To Garnish & Serve
Fill a glass with ice.
100 g Ice cubes
Add in the infused pomegranate juice.
Top up with sparkling water and give it a gentle stir.
200 ml Sparkling Water
Add the fresh mint sprig, lime slice, and sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the top. Add edible flowers if you have them available.
1 sprig Mint,
40 g Pomegranate seeds,
¼ each Lime
Serve immediately while chilled and fizzy.
Recipe Notes
Adjust the sweetness by adding a touch of honey if your pomegranate juice is very tart.
Chill all ingredients in advance for maximum fizz and freshness.
Use crushed ice for a softer, more summery texture, or large cubes to keep it crisp and slow-melting
