To make spiced banana bread
- Assemble all ingredients.
- Grind the walnut and flaxseed to a breadcrumb consistency.
- Mash banana with a fork, add almond milk, coconut oil, coconut nectar, ground walnuts, and flaxseed. Mix well.
- Sieve all the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Mix well, transfer to a baking tin.
- Press sliced banana into the mix and sprinkle with chopped walnuts and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180c °C for 45-55 minutes.
- Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing!
