Spartan Hemp Seed Milk is the ultimate high-protein plant milk recipe for Spartan Racing or all-around general health and vitality.

As I gear up for the upcoming Spartan Race in Morzine, I've been fine-tuning my diet to ensure I get the maximum nutrition and energy for my training. One of my go-to protein boosters is my homemade Spartan Hemp Seed Milk.

This high-protein, nutrient-dense beverage is incredibly easy to make and versatile enough to enhance a variety of dishes, from porridge to smoothies.

Ingredients you will need

  • 50 g shelled hemp seeds
  • 500 ml water
  • 20 g dates (stone removed)
  • 1 pinch pink salt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder (optional)
  • Vanilla (optional)

How to make spartan hemp seed milk

  1. Assemble all ingredients.
  2. Put the shelled hemp seeds in a blender along with the chilled water, dates, pink salt, and cinnamon powder.
  3. Blitz on high for about 1 minute.
  4. Pour the milk into a glass bottle and store it in the fridge.
  5. Shake before use.
  6. Use within 3 days.

  • 50 g Hemp soak overnight
  • 500 ml Water - filtered filtered
  • 20 g Dates stone removed
  • 1 pinch Pink salt
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon powder
Prevent your screen from going dark while cooking

Instructions
 

  • Assemble all ingredients.
  • Rinse and put shelled 50 g Hemp in the blender along with the chilled 500 ml Water - filtered, 20 g Dates, 1 pinch Pink salt , and 1 pinch Cinnamon powder
  • Blitz on high for about 1 minute.
  • Pour milk into a glass bottle and store in the fridge.
  • Shake before use.
  • Use within 3 days.
