    Ayurvedic Recipes

    Holistic Ayurvedic recipes guided and inspired by ancient Indian principles. Food is medicine and prevention is better than cure.

    Ayurveda is an ancient system of holistic healthcare. Ayurvedic medicine focuses on all areas of health, including diet, lifestyle, exercise, detoxification, sleep, and the mind.

    There is no one diet that fits all, we each need to tune into what our body needs, listen to what it's telling us, and take action. 

    My journey with Ayurveda began in 2015, while I was on a tour of India. I feel it will be life long journey of exploration. I have many more Ayurvedic-inspired recipes to publish, lot's more are on the way!
