There is no one diet that fits all, we each need to tune into what our body needs, listen to what it's telling us, and take action.Â
My journey with Ayurveda began in 2015, while I was on a tour of India. I feel it will be life long journey of exploration. I have many more Ayurvedic-inspired recipes to publish, lots more are on the way!
