These Coconut Yogurt Flatbreads are a simple, flexible recipe I've refined across ski chalets and superyachts over the past year. Light, golden, and full of flavour, they come together in minutes. They pair beautifully with any Middle Eastern or Mediterranean meal.

I first came across this flatbread as a simple yogurt dough shared by my good friend Chris Jenks from my Gidleigh Park training days.
I swapped in thick coconut yogurt and added turmeric for colour and warmth, finishing the flatbreads with za'atar and a garlicky pan crisp. We tested the recipe several times over the winter and then perfected it while cooking on a superyacht in Turkey this summer - everyone loved it. It's quick, reliable, and versatile, and has become a go-to recipe in my arsenal.
