How does the on-site training program work?
Every business operation is unique so we work with you in advance to curate a plan that can work around your day-to-day operations. It is best to pick a week that is not too busy for your team so that we can have as many of the group join the daily training sessions.
Meet your chef
Chef Jamie has 25 years of experience in the culinary field, including 10 years of cooking in Michelin-star kitchens alongside renowned chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Thomas Keller, and Michael Caines.
In 2015, Jamie founded The Holistic Chef, a venture that prioritizes cuisine's nutritional and ethical aspects, emphasizing education and empowering chefs to prepare healthier foods. Over the past 8 years, Jamie has emerged as a leading expert in wellness cuisine in Southeast Asia and Europe, collaborating with and advising on menu development at top-tier sports resorts. Jamie also served as a lecturer at London's Leiths Cookery School for 3 years, honing his teaching skills and conducting large group culinary training sessions.
With a diverse background spanning 5-star resorts, 3 Michelin-starred restaurants, and prestigious cooking schools, Chef Jamie possesses a unique and invaluable skill set sought after by consulting clients. His teaching approach is characterized by clarity, organization, flexibility, philosophy, technique, inspiration, and empowerment.
