For the booster ball mix
- Assemble and measure all ingredients.
- Lightly toast the cashew, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts - allow to cool.
- Melt and cool the coconut oil.
- De-stone the dates.
- Add all ingredients to the blender and pulse - do not over blend
- Roll into 40g balls and roll in desiccated coconut and Wolffia powder.
- Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before eating.
