Method
For the booster ball mix
Assemble and measure all ingredients.
Lightly toast the cashew, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts - allow to cool.
Melt and cool the coconut oil.
De-stone the dates.
Add all ingredients to the blender and pulse - do not over blend
Roll into 40g balls and roll in desiccated coconut and Wolffia powder.
Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before eating.
