Preparation
- Gather and weigh all ingredients.
- Wash the ginger, apples, and limes thoroughly.
- Peel the green skin from the limes.
- Peel the ginger if preferred (optional).
- Cut the apples, ginger, and lime into pieces small enough to fit into your juicer.
Juice
- Run all ingredients through a cold-press juicer.
- Stir the juice well to combine.
To Serve
- Pour into a clean glass bottle or jar.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Enjoy one shot (30–50ml) each morning on an empty stomach or between meals.
