Method
Preparation
Gather and weigh all ingredients.
Wash the ginger, apples, and limes thoroughly.
Peel the green skin from the limes.
Peel the ginger if preferred (optional).
Cut the apples, ginger, and lime into pieces small enough to fit into your juicer.
Juice
Run all ingredients through a cold-press juicer.
Stir the juice well to combine.
To Serve
Pour into a clean glass bottle or jar.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Enjoy one shot (30–50ml) each morning on an empty stomach or between meals.
