Method
Assemble all ingredients.
Place all ingredients, except the herbs in a blender.
Blend until creamy and smooth - about 30 seconds.
Add the herbs and blend again until smooth.
Transfer to a container.
Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 3 days.
