- Assemble all ingredients.
- Frozen blueberries work great for this recipe.
- Add blueberries to saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add chia seeds and cook out gently for 3-5 minutes.
- Take off the heat, add the lime juice and honey.
- Adjust the sweetness and acidity according to your preference.
- Transfer to storage container and chill until required.
