Method
Soak Brazil's in filter water in the fridge overnight.
Strain, rinse and put Brazil's in the blender along with the chilled filter water, salt, cinnamon, and dates.
Blitz on high for about 1 minute.
Strain through a nut milk bag - reserve pulp for another application.
Pour Brazil milk into a glass bottle and store it in the fridge.
Shake before use.
Use within 3 days.
