Method
- Soak macadamia in filter water in the fridge overnight.
- Strain, rinse and put nuts in the blender along with the chilled filter water, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, and dates.
- Blitz on high for about 1 minute.
- Strain through a nut milk bag - reserve pulp for another application. (You can skip this step for macadamia milk, as they are quite soft and do not require straining)
- Pour macadamia nut milk into a glass bottle and store it in the fridge.
- Shake before use.
- Use within 3 days.
