Soak macadamia in filter water in the fridge overnight.
Strain, rinse and put nuts in the blender along with the chilled filter water, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, and dates.
Blitz on high for about 1 minute.
Strain through a nut milk bag - reserve pulp for another application. (You can skip this step for macadamia milk, as they are quite soft and do not require straining)
Pour macadamia nut milk into a glass bottle and store it in the fridge.
