Method
Add the milk, cacao, cinnamon, and sweetener to a saucepan.
Whisk to a boil slowly. Do not boil or you will burn the milk and lose the flavor.
Add any flavors you would like to infuse at this stage. Whisk well so everything is nice and light.
Pour the warm chocolate mix into serving glass and serve.
