Method
Assemble all ingredients
Soak the black sesame seeds in filter water overnight or at least 6 hours
Drain and wash the seeds
Add the black sesame seeds, 500ml water, dates and pink salt to blender
Blend on high speed for 1 minute until smooth
Pass through a nut milk bag - reserve the pulp for another application
Transfer the black sesame milk to glass bottle and refrigerate for up to 3 days
