- Assemble all ingredients
- Soak the black sesame seeds in filter water overnight or at least 6 hours
- Drain and wash the seeds
- Add the black sesame seeds, 500ml water, dates and pink salt to blender
- Blend on high speed for 1 minute until smooth
- Pass through a nut milk bag - reserve the pulp for another application
- Transfer the black sesame milk to glass bottle and refrigerate for up to 3 days
