Blender-Friendly Variation:
Don’t have a juicer? No problem! You can still enjoy this juice using a blender. Simply add all the chopped ingredients with ½ to 1 cup of filtered water. Blend on high until smooth, then strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve, nut milk bag, or cheesecloth to remove the pulp. Pour into a glass and serve chilled.
Ash Gourd Substitute:
If ash gourd is unavailable, cucumber or celery are excellent alternatives. Both offer a refreshing, hydrating quality and are rich in nutrients. Cucumber has a mild, cooling flavor similar to ash gourd, while celery adds a slightly savory edge that pairs well with the other ingredients.
