For the Acai Smoothie Bowl
100gBanana (frozen - sliced )
100gBlueberries(frozen)
50gRaspberries(frozen)
50gBlackberries(frozen)
100mlPlant milk
3gAcai powder
To Garnish
30gBanana (sliced)
20gApple(dice)
20gMango(dice)
10gMixed berries
5gPumpkin seeds
5gWalnuts
6gCoconut chips
Method
The day before
Slice banana and freeze.
100 g Banana
Freeze all the berries
100 g Blueberries, 50 g Blackberries, 50 g Raspberries
To make the smoothie bowl
Add the 100 g Banana , 50 g Blackberries, 50 g Raspberries, 100 g Blueberries, 100 ml Plant milk, 3 g Acai powder, and sweetener (if using) to the high speed blender.
3 g Acai powder, 100 ml Plant milk
Blend until the mix becomes an ice-cream consistency, you will need to scrape down the sides and mix well. Take care not to over blend or it will become a regular smoothie!
To serve
Spoon the iced acai berry smoothie mix into iced serving bowls.
Top with fresh fruits, nuts and seeds.
30 g Banana, 20 g Apple, 20 g Mango, 10 g Mixed berries, 5 g Pumpkin seeds, 5 g Walnuts, 6 g Coconut chips
Serve as soon as possible.

Chef's Tips:
Keep the serving bowls in the freezer so the smoothie bowl will last longer while you are serving it.
Make sure the plant milk is chilled when adding to the blender.
