Method
Prepare in advance
Slice and freeze the bananas and mango
To make the smoothie bowl
Add the frozen banana, wolffia and mango to the blender with coconut milk and lime juice.
Blend on high speed for 20 seconds until smooth.
Transfer to chilled serving bowls.
To garnish
Prepare all the fresh fruits for garnishing.
Add all the fresh fruits on top and serve.
