Method
Assemble all ingredients.
Frozen blueberries work great for this recipe.
Add blueberries to saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add chia seeds and cook out gently for 3-5 minutes.
Take off the heat, add the lime juice and honey.
Adjust the sweetness and acidity according to your preference.
Transfer to storage container and chill until required.
