Full of nutritious wholefood plant based ingredients 

Add the oats and chia seeds to a mixing bowl

Add walnuts

Add chopped dates

Add juice of 1 orange

Add juice of 1/2 a lime

Season with cinnamon

Add a pinch of pink salt

Peel and grate the Asian pear

Add to the mixing bowl 

Add white Sesame Milk

Mix well and leave to activate overnight

Spoon into a serving bowl

Top with sliced banana, mango, Asian pear, walnut and dates

Add another shot of white sesame milk before serving and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds
